How do I refresh?
Reload the dashboard; there is no refresh button in the gadget.
Why do two people see different issues?
Each viewer’s Jira permissions determine the issue results.
Where is the result total?
The pager shows the current page number and does not show or estimate a total.
Why is a row tall?
Standard wrap allows off-screen cells to make a row taller than its tallest visible cell.
Compact wrap and truncate use a two-line limit.
Does resetting widths remove my fields?
Width resets keep field selection, column order, content modes and density.
Does the app keep a copy of my issues?
The app does not persist issue rows or user profiles.
Jira stores gadget configuration.
Can support promise a custom feature?
